Call for Presentors
We are seeking presenters to join us for the 20th Annual Opening Doors – Unlocking Potential 2026. This milestone year marks two decades of bringing together professionals dedicated to improving outcomes for students who are Deaf, Hard of Hearing, or DeafBlind.
This year’s virtual professional development event will continue the strong focus on effective strategies to improve academic outcomes for students who are Deaf, Hard of Hearing, or DeafBlind from birth to age 21.
We welcome proposals from educators, early intervention providers, interveners, related service providers, researchers, state agencies, and administrators. Sessions may focus on topics such as language and literacy development, inclusive practices, assistive technology, transition planning, family engagement, and evidence-based instructional strategies.
To complete a submission, presenters must include a photo, biography, learning objectives, and session details in the proposal.
Presentation proposals are being accepted through May 22, 2026.
